There are flavors that nourish you—and there are flavors that move you. At Muhtar Group, we don’t just make sweets; we create moments, memories, and emotions wrapped in pistachio and tradition. Born in 2013 in the heart of Istanbul’s timeless Fatih district, Muhtar was more than a business. It was a promise—a vow to revive the forgotten art of Damascene sweets and bring them to life with love, purity, and perfection. Our journey began with the crackle of golden kunafa, warm and syrupy, with creamy Arabic ice cream swirled with roasted pistachios and fresh qashta. One bite, and suddenly, you are back in the old souk of Damascus, back to your childhood, back to your grandmother’s, passed around with coffee and laughter. Every sweet we make is crafted by hands that carry generations of knowledge—artisans whose fingers know the secrets of perfect semolina, the balance of rose water, and the dance of ghee and sugar. We did not stop there. As hearts around the world began to long for that same taste, we listened. In 2016, we built a world-class facility in Başakşehir, Istanbul, not to mass-produce, but to protect the soul of every sweet while meeting the demand of every table it belongs on. Today, Muhtar’s creations travel across oceans—from Istanbul to Canada, America, to Europe, and every Arab capital. In every box a piece of home, a moment of joy, and a whisper of something eternal. هناك نكهات تشبعك… وهناك نكهات تُحرك فيك شيئاً لا يُوصف.
في مجموعة المختار، نحن لا نصنع الحلويات فحسب، بل نصنع الذكريات… نصنع لحظات، مشاعر مغلّفة بالفستق والحنين.
منذ تأسيسنا عام 2013 في قلب حي الفاتح العريق بإسطنبول، لم تكن المختار مجرد مشروع. كانت وعدًا — بأن نعيد للحلويات الدمشقية أصالتها، وننقلها بأمانة ودفء إلى كل قلب يفتقدها.
بدأت الرحلة بكنافة تذوب على اللسان، يلفها عطر السمن العربي وسكر الذكريات. و مدلوقه عربية مخلوطة بالفستق والقشطة، تحكي قصة بيت الشام، وسهراته، وصينية الحلويات المتوارثة.
نحن نعمل مع صُنّاع حلويات ليسوا مجرد طهاة، بل رُسُل تراث، وأمناء على أسرار الطعم الشامي الأصيل.
ومع تزايد الشوق لتلك النكهات حول العالم، توسّعنا دون أن نفقد الروح. وفي عام 2016، أنشأنا مصنعًا حديثًا في باشاك شهير، مجهّزًا بأحدث التقنيات، ليس لنُنتج بكثرة، بل لنُنتج بأمانة، وبجودة تُشرف كل قطعة تُقدم على طاولة ضيافة.
اليوم، تُسافر حلويات المختار من إسطنبول إلى كل أنحاء العالم — أمريكا، كندا، أوروبا، والخليج العربي — حاملةً معها عبق الياسمين الدمشقي وحنين الوطن.
